Congress Packages

The Sibelius Hall offers various venues for meetings; the cabinets in the Congress wing with lake view, the old factory halls, the VIP sauna cabinet or the big main hall. The rooms are furnished according to your wishes.

The Sibelius Hall congress packages include a  daily changing lunch menu. Lunch includes soup, fresh salads, main course and vegetarian option. Dessert and coffee are also included in the lunch.

The lunch buffet is served in restaurant Lastu and enjoyed in the light and spacious Forest Hall overlooking Lake Vesijärvi.

The morning coffee is mainly served in the congress rooms, but in the afternoon also elsewhere.

- meeting room 4 h, basic technical equipment
- pen and notebook, cloakroom services

Prices valid until 30th June 2013.
The congress package prices include WAT 14 / 24%. Changes possible.
