* Sales organisation:
Lippupalvelu Oy’s nationwide ticket sales system. We do not use any other organisations.
* Ticket sale information:
Renters must submit the information required for ticket sales, in writing via the event information form, to Lahden Sibeliustalo Oy well in advance.
* Sales reporting:
If a renter wishes to receive information on the progress of ticket sales, this will be sent via e-mail according to a schedule agreed upon separately.
* Personal seat bookings:
There are 158 ‘personal seats’ in Sibelius Hall that have been sold. Under our agreement, the holders of these seats are entitled to pre-book these seats for events. Tickets are made available for sale to the general public one week after the holders of personal seats have been notified of the event.
‘Personal seat’ customers must claim their tickets within two weeks. If these tickets have not been claimed within that period, they are then released for general sale.
* Sales on the door:
Sibelius Hall organises ticket sales on the door for concerts. Costs arising in connection with these sales are charged to the renter after the concert.
* ‘Standing room only’ tickets:
Sibelius Hall does not issue ‘standing room only’ tickets to events in the Main Hall. Under safety regulations, everyone must have a ticket for a seat in the hall.
* Accounts:
An account of ticket sale revenues is supplied within 21 days of the concert.
