EXHIBITION SPACES

In Sibelius Hall, the halls on two floors of the Carpentry Factory as well as the Forest Hall can be used as exhibition spaces.
Also, smaller exhibitions or presentations can be held in the rooms in the conference wing.

CARPENTRY FACTORY

● Area: 300 m², ceiling height: 2.80 m – 3.40 m,
   beams quite close together
● Electrical and data lines
● Loading doors:
   B from Ankkurikatu: 120 + 120 = 240 cm opening
   C from inner courtyard: 100 + 100 = 200 cm opening
   (Via main entrance: by special arrangement)
   Public entrance via main doors

Carpenter’s Hall, 2nd floor:

● Area: 900 m², ceiling height: 5.50 m – 7.50 m, double vaulted, with
   a few beams (weight limit)
● Electrical and data lines
● Loading doors:
   B from Ankkurikatu: 120 + 120 = 240 cm opening
   C from inner courtyard: 100 + 100 = 200 cm opening
   (Via main entrance: by special arrangement)
● Stairs:
   straight staircase, width 160 cm
   spiral staircase, width 140 cm
● Lift:
   depth 270 cm
   width 150 cm <- door opening 130 cm
   height 230 cm <- door opening 210 cm
   capacity limit approx. 2,000 kg
   Public access via main doors: stairs and lift

FOREST HALL, street level:

● Area: 1,000 m², ceiling height: 14 m, with 9 wood pylons
   with power points at the base
● A bright, light-filled space that is particularly suitable for conference and trade fair exhibitions
● Loading door: from Ankkurikatu side (special loading door in glass wall: 120 + 120 = 240 cm
