Ticketmaster and Lippu.fi sales points at the Sibelius Hall lobby are open:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 14:00
  • Thursday from 11:00 to 19:00

Door ticket sales open one hour before events.

Please note that Sibelius Hall will be closed during Midsummer, from 19 to 21 June 2026.

Opening hours 29 June – 3 August 2026

Ticketmaster sales point at Sibelius Hall will be open:

  • Friday 3 July 2026 from 18:00 to 22:00
  • Wednesdays 8–29 July 2026 from 17:30 to 20:30

Lippu.fi sales point will be closed during this period.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted at the sales point.

Mobile Tickets

Mobile Tickets are handy and quick choice. Please download your ticket into your phone and but your brightness up to ease our doorman’s job.

Payment methods

Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard), lippu.fi bill, MobilePay and Lowell installment. Installment is available for private individual. Lowell ticket bill is available also for companies through online shop.

Cloakroom

Cloakroom fee is 3.5 €/person. Children under 7 years are for free. In children’s events the fee for children (7-15 years old) is 1 € / child. The payment can be made by only using a credit card. Cloakroom opens an hour prior to the show.

Cloakroom fee can also be paid in advance when buying tickets from Lippu.fi’s or Ticketmaster’s website or box office at the Sibelius Hall.

Group sales

Ticketmaster’s Call Center services you by calling +358 600 10 800 (€2/min + standard network rate). The Call Center is open Mon-Fri from 8am to 9pm, Sat 8am to 9pm and Sun 10am to 6pm.

Lippu.fi sales service and purchase guidance help you by calling +358 600 900 900 (€2/min + standard network rate), Mon-Wed 9am to 7pm, Thu-Sat 9am to 9pm and Sun 12pm to 4pm (Opening times may vary during holidays). You can also be in contact via. email  ryhmat@lippu.fi (company and group sales for over 11 people).

Sinfonia Lahti’s group tickets can be bought by contacting +358 600 413 145 (€2/min + standard network rate) from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. You can also buy tickets via. email sinfonialahti@lippu.fi

 

Changing tickets

If a customer wants to change the seats of tickets that have already been paid, the customer will be charged a €15.00 service fee (includes one or several tickets.) The amount will be charged during the change. Tickets cannot be returned or changed to other concerts.

 

Tickets for wheelchairs and walkers

The 12 wheelchair spaces in the Main Hall of Sibelius Hall are located in the last row (row 23) of the stalls. Tickets for wheelchairs and walkers can be bought at Sibelius Hall box office (open 1 hour before event), and all ticket outlets (excluding R-Kiosks).

 

Culture vouchers

Outlets accept the culture vouchers as payment if they have a contract with the voucher issuer. You can also check the outlets who accept culture vouchers from voucher issuers websites: www.smartum.fiwww.edenred.fiwww.tyky-kuntoseteli.fiwww.sporttipassi.fi.

Children at the concert

Please note that our concerts are different and the age restrictions may vary. For security regulation-related reasons, everyone who is coming to the concert has to have their own ticket (also including children).

Cancelled concert

If the concert has been cancelled or postponed, customer has the right to return the tickets and get money back. This can be done either at Sibelius Hall box office or at other Lippupiste box office (detailed information will be updated at the concert’s event page). Admission fee will be returned. Service fee will not be returned.
