We value your privacy and we are committed to protecting your data and all our users’ privacy. Eventum Lahti Ltd processes your personal data for its business purposes and in order to deliver the services it offers. We may also use personal data to communicate with you. We only collect personal data that is necessary for the intended purpose. We process personal data only for pre-defined purposes.

We share your personal data with your consent or if it is necessary in order to perform tasks, offer services or fulfil obligations rising from law. We also share personal data with Eventum Lahti Ltd groups and daughter companies and with third parties operating on our behalf as is deemed necessary, for example, as required by law or as a response to legal proceedings.

The companies that are part of the Eventum Lahti Group may process personal data in accordance with the valid Finnish Personal Data Act. We may also outsource the processing of personal data to a third party in which case we the third party is contractually obligated to ensure that your personal data is processed appropriately and in accordance with the valid Finnish Personal Data Act.

We do not primarily transfer your personal data outside the EU or the EEA. If we transfer your personal data outside the EU or the EEA, we will ensure that an adequate level of protection is in place by, among others, agreeing on matters concerning the confidentiality and processing of personal data as required by legislation, for example, by using the European Commission approved model contractual clauses.

We will retain your personal data only as long as it is necessary in order to fulfil separately defined purposes in accordance with valid laws.
