Conference venue – Forest Hall
Forest Hall is the heart of Sibelius Hall connecting the different parts of the building to each other.
In the thoughts of the architects Hannu Tikka and Kimmo Lintula, Forest Hall imitates the Finnish woods, where the branches of big trees reach for the sky, and the twinkling star chart of the time of Jean Sibelius’ birth. The grand glass walls bring natural light to the hall and open an amazing view to Lake Vesijärvi.
Forest Hall acts as an exhibition and fair venue and it can host big conference lunches and dinners. The Bark Bar is a part of Forest Hall offering beverages and snacks during the concert intervals.
