ONEVIOLIN – Fall 2025

Finnish violin master ONEVIOLIN, who reaches 30 million fans on Instagram every month, will release a new album called TWO before the summer and embark on a 25-concert tour around Finland in the fall. The extensive concert hall tour will culminate in the artist’s biggest concert to date at Finlandia Hall on November 22. ONEVIOLIN’s previous tours in Finland have been nearly sold out.

ONEVIOLIN, who has quickly become a huge hit, is a Finnish violinist who boldly crosses the boundaries of different musical styles with a globally unique concept. ONEVIOLIN creates his own versions of well-known hits using only the violin as his instrument.

The success story began when Pekka Niemi, who studied at the prestigious Royal College of Music in London, began developing a concept in 2018 in which he made arrangements of well-known songs using only one violin as an instrument, so that one song could have up to a thousand violin tracks. The videos uploaded to YouTube by the musician from Vaasa went viral in a short time and served as the starting point for a rapidly developing artistic career.

In 2019, ONEVIOLIN performed together with JVG on the sold-out stages of Ruisrock and Blockfest. The following year, ONEVIOLIN played its first festival gigs and delighted the audience in the Talent Suomi program, where it reached the finals. ONEVIOLIN released its debut album in 2022 and the Finnish tours it has done since have been almost sold out. Last year, ONEVIOLIN also delighted in Budapest, where it performed in two sold-out concerts for almost a thousand people.

Now the story continues as ONEVIOLIN releases its second album before the summer. The album, titled TWO, contains big international hits as well as three of the most played Finnish radio songs of the past year in stunning violin arrangements. It includes new interpretations, e.g. Featuring hits from Adele, Avicii, Coldplay, David Guetta, Harry Styles, Swedish House Mafia, Mirella, KUUMAA and BESS. The album release will be followed by a few performances during the spring and summer in Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic before the tour, which starts on Friday, October 3rd in Järvenpää and ends on Saturday, November 22nd at Finlandia Hall.

The length of the concert is about 1,5 hours, no intermission.
