UK Pink Floyd Experience returns to Finland with new program
The UK Pink Floyd Experience, which recreates the legendary Pink Floyd live show, toured Finland in early 2025, performing to sold-out venues. This year, the acclaimed group celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Wish You Were Here album and returns to Finland in early 2026 with an even bigger tour and a renewed program. The tour will visit no fewer than fourteen Finnish cities in January 2026.
The UK Pink Floyd Experience, which has been operating for almost twenty years, is celebrating Pink Floyd’s 1975 album Wish You Were Here, which has often been voted one of the best rock albums of all time.
The group’s brand new show includes all the songs from the 50th anniversary album Wish You Were Here, as well as audience favorites from the albums The Division Bell, The Wall and The Dark Side of the Moon. In addition, the program will feature two rare Pink Floyd works: Lucifer Sam, written by the band’s founding member Syd Barrett in 1967, and Childhood’s End, much-anticipated by the audience, which can be found on the lesser-known album Obscured By Clouds (1972).
With a deep knowledge of Pink Floyd and meticulous attention to detail, the UK Pink Floyd Experience brings the magic of Pink Floyd’s live shows to life. The critically acclaimed tribute band is known for both their musical precision and their spectacular light show.
The UK Pink Floyd Experience is made up of experienced musicians. Bass and acoustic guitar are played by UK Experience founder and show producer David Power. The show’s musical director Rick Benbow plays keyboards. Paul Andrews and Mike Bollard play both electric and acoustic guitars and sing. Mike Bollard also plays keyboards. Francesco Borrelli plays drums. Emma Street sings and plays percussion, and Jo Paterson-Neild sings and plays saxophone and percussion. The Pink Floyd concert atmosphere is completed by lighting designer Stu Hunt and sound designer Dave Woodfield.
